When designing a logo for the competitive real estate market, it's best to meet with the client, understand their mission statement, and present clear ideas that achieve their communication goals.
We started with a bold, easy-to-read typeface for the shortened name, added a stylized letter "S" for visual interest, and identified the company business with a professional look.
